Use case · Groups and holdings
One program across the group, each company in its own space
Groups face an awkward choice: one central awareness program that ignores local language and context, or a dozen local ones nobody can compare. The platform supports a group tenant with separate subsidiary tenants underneath, so each company runs its own way and the group still sees the whole picture.
Separate below, comparable above
A tenant per subsidiary
Its own users, campaigns, content and administrators. Local teams see only their own company.
Local language
Each employee receives campaigns and training in their own language — English, German, Hungarian and more.
Group-level reporting
Manager reports across selected subsidiaries, phishing-performance comparisons between them in tables and charts, and survey comparisons in Excel.
Shared content
Templates and modules built once at group level, adapted locally.
The four shapes this usually takes
- Holdings with companies in several countries, and therefore several languages
- Groups where more than one entity falls under NIS2 or DORA, each needing its own evidence
- Shared-service IT delivering awareness to sister companies
- Post-acquisition, bringing a new subsidiary onto the group standard without disrupting it
Different subsidiaries can be on different options
The group security team can run the Platform for the large companies while we run Managed Cyber Awareness for the smaller ones that have no security function of their own.
The reporting stays comparable either way, which is the point of doing it in one place.

No. Each subsidiary’s administrators see only their own tenant. Comparison between companies exists at group level only, and only for the people you authorize there.
Yes, and it is the arrangement that tends to survive contact with local management. A common annual plan and a baseline simulation are set centrally, and each subsidiary adds campaigns and content of its own on top.
The group-level reporting still compares like with like, because the common part is the part being compared.
